anyone got issues with Youview catch-up?
none of the catch up channels are working from the guide and all previous days just state ‘Information not available’ on every channel

Does it need an update or are you seeing if I had updated it and that’s causing the problem?

not sure, yet in most cases the TV either needs a factory reset or the latest firmware update to resolve the issue it is having.

This is a bug in the Sony side of the software, though it shows up in the YouView Guide.
I haven’t heard of Sony releasing a fix for this yet; do you think they have done, @IamNic ?
But if not, you can make the problem go away with a Factory Reset; though until the root cause is fixed, there is always a possibility that the problem will return in time, and you will need to do another Factory Reset to clear it again. And so on....

Yes full factory reset sorted it, it’s a pain having to reset everything and log back into all the streaming channels etc but all good now
