flip to mute a receiving call

How can I mute my incoming calls during meeting by just flipping it or turning it upside down (Turn the mobile over screen) ?

As far as I know it's not possible without 3rd party applications. Check Google Play for apps that might enable this. You can press volume down to mute the call.
