I have weak signal problem in Sony Xperia c SIM 1. slot. but i solve this problem in my sim 1 slot . Later I found that my cell phone has 2 option 1 is WCDA network and other GSM network . When I select GSM net work only then my problem gone away . I discovered that when disturb in wcdma network by network provider that time it was happnen . Please do that then your network problem will difinitely go . There is no problem on SONY Xperia C . I believed that . Good luck
