application purchase problems

Hi folks, hope someone can help me.

I have a DSC-H400V and have downloaded some of the free apps using the camera on my home wifi.

However when I try to download a paid app all went as normal but eventually it came back with server not available (or something like that).

Can anyone help me as I am looking to purchase a few of the paid apps for this camera but am stuck on this server thing

Are they Sony apps that you are trying to purchase or are they from other companies?

Are you connected to your PC via usb when doing this?

 

If Sony and you do it via pc are you able to sign in to the account on the PlayMemories Camera apps site ok?

Sorry for the late reply,I was away for the weekend. The apps I am trying to download are Sony apps and I am connected by wifi. I have problems using the usb connection, I get the D# etc error and it wont work. My only connection from my camera is via my wifi system on my BT hub. As I say when I downloaded the free apps (remote etc) via wifi all worked as expected. It was only when I went to D/L a paid app that it gave this server error.

 

Any thoughts?
