Why is the 4k still image greyed out in settings? ~ HX90

I haven't used this camera before, 

is it greyed out all the time or when you are connecting to a TV?

Hi there

Forgive me for jumping in here.  According to the manual HERE -

You can output still images in 4K resolution by selecting MENU →(Playback) → [4K Still Image PB] → [OK].

Thanks for stealing my next post which was going to include the manual (after hopefully a response

from the member saying "Its when I connect to the TV"), then I could then ask what specs their TV has because if the TV doesn't meet certain requirements (as I'm sure you know) then the 4k sill image will stay greyed out in the menu
