Hi, My PRS-300 is just over 2 yrs old.

I have tried the suggestions already on Q&A to no joy, it seems to only do a limited charge and is taking longer each time.  Do the batteries have a limited life span?  I do used my Sony AC power Adapter more than my Laptop.  Can anyone help?

Try a soft reset first - a hard reset and you'll lose all yo books, so if that's a problem, just soft. No joy, see yo PM'S.
