I have used 2 versions of the latest Reader software with my Mac and both versions seem to have major issues when syncing with my PRS-T1.
Most of the issue are based around Collections, when syncing the collections disapear from the the Reader software menu when viewing Reader menu or return randomly.If a collection is deleted in the main Books menu it does not delete it from the reader ! Collections that are synced cannot be deleted from the reader so you are left with collections with zero books even if the books are no longer in your library !
It hangs for about a minute when syncing most of the time.
It also automatically syncs when the device is conected even though you may not want it too.
Is the Windows version as bad as this ? the old software was pretty poor but it was better than this.
The info states " it is simple software", in that case make it work, at present it is awful and virtually unusable.
