I tried opening the Reader Library on my Mac yesterday and all my e-books had vanished.
Today when I open Reader Library nothing appears. Just the Reader Library toolbar along the top -- no screen though. Do I need to re-install?
I love my Sony Reader but I HATE THE SOFTWARE!
ETA: I have downloaded and re-installed the software but nothing has changed.
I can't install the newest version of the Reader software because I have a 5-year-old Mac and my OS is not compatible.
