I keep getting an error message when trying to fill out the form for my cashback on a Sony A7.
Is this happening to anyone else?
Yes same issue trying for cash back on a RX100 M3, have emailed Sony no reply back yet

Please can you let us know the exact A7 model you are having issues claiming cashback for? Is it the ILCE7B.CE or ILCE7KB.CE? We will then investigate further.

On my invoice it is ILCE7KB.CE
The actual box has ILCE-7K on it
The actual product is the Sony A7 with the 'kit lense' FE28-70mm
I managed to apply for cashback this morning, and (fingers crossed!) that seems to have worked. However, the registration of new product did not work.
A lens, E18-200LE, which was on the product list. The problem is I cannot fill in any details, I get a red no entry sign when the mouse pointer is over any of the boxes lower on the page, whether I specify a product or not.
