playmemories browser login issue

Can't login to playmemories, always shows "Please verify that you are not a robot."  with Opera, Firefox and Chrome

The CAPTCHA used to log in is a security measure and not to prove that the normal customers that use our website daily are actually real. This CAPTCHA is being used to eliminate the possibility of harmful software to use the website. We appreciate your understanding. Is it possible to try to log in from a different device?
