I made a Sony Rewards account about 3 years ago because it seemed like a neat little concept, but I quickly forgot about it when I realised how much of a grind it was to earn enough points.
Now, 3 years later and I notice I have 1,000 points! Great! Exactly what I needed, I thought.
However, upon trying to sign in, I'm greeted with a security question I have long since forgotten the answer too, locking me out of the account (which by now has been locked for way past 30 minutes) and being unable to sign in, and as such, not being able to redeem the points.
I tried emailing the support team months ago, but they didn't do anything, and for various reasons I'd rather not call.
Basically, what I'm asking is; is there any way to fix my account so I don't need the question? I'd really like it if I could get in before the week's over.
