BDP-S5100 Cant connect to netflix

The internet connection is 100% and a few of the apps are working but I cant go on to internet , its freeze s when I go on opera! I tried restarting internet and bluray player but netflix still wont connect. ..Please help

Try rebooting your ISP's router.
