Can’t register my new product

I recently brought a the Sony UBP-X1100ES paid a lot of money it and I thought I’d have it registered and linked with mysony but once I enter the model number I don’t recognise this product any have had similar experience and how to go about it.

Hi thanks for trying to assist me with my enquiry, yes I’ve managed to register my product and now I’m all set with my 3 years warranty. I’ve had to do this via pro.sony
