No signal from Sony home Theater N9200w

Hi.I have a Sony Blu-ray N9200W 5:1 Home theatre system. For some reason I only get a "no signal" when I input to the appropriate HDMI that matches on the TV. I can't even get the menu up to the screen .i have tested 4 diffrent hdmi cable and diffrent ports on tv!(my Tv i samsung series 7 4k LED)
Any ideas to fix? Thanks you.

i also have tried play and vol - at the same time on main panel but it didn't work!

Are you connecting it through a set box etc?

no, a hdmi cable from Tv (Arc port) to main panel of system (HDMI out port)

the HTS play sound via speakers and even i connect to HTS via bluetooth and play the music.

but when i go to TV source and select HDMI port to see the HTS menu it just blank out for a few seconds and says no signal!
