Sony HT-S350 sound balance

Several websites mention that the sound is not always in balance.
"Sound is boxy and occasionally unbalanced" "Sound isn't always balanced"
According to the technical description there is a USB port that can only be used for fw upgrade. I found this USB port! Can we expect an fw update in the future that will improve the balance?

The balance is not always slipping, but when you hear it, it's quite unpleasant.

Hope we will get fw update for balance bug.
This is the 3rd soundbar in the family. So far I have been perfectly satisfied with them. But this HT-S350 is not perfect.
I do not want to replace it with another product.

I too have this issue. Boxy sound and sometimes no bass at all from the subwoofer for various shows. When will there be a firmware update?
