I ran the update for my TV (KDL 43W80) and now I'm not getting any sound from my soundbar. No cables were touched so I need help with pressing the right buttons to set it up again!
Sorry in the delay in responding to your issue. You are missing a number and letter off your tvs model number, but if you are still experiencing this problem, check the TVs speaker settings and ensure that its set to 'audio system'
