Counterpart can't hear me in calls when using loudspeaker

Wen i have loud speaker on..i can hear the caller,they cant hear me.

I'm sorry to hear this.

Is it just when you use the loudspeaker you are experiencing this behavior? If you use the ear speaker in a call, can the other person hear you?

I recommend that you test your microphone using the built in diagnostics tool your device. To do so, go to: Settings > About phone > Diagnostics > Test > Microphone. How does the microphone behave in this test?

I would also recommend that you reboot your device to safe mode to see if this behavior is caused by one of your downloaded apps as these will be temporarily disabled in this mode.

I also have this problem the people the other end can't hear me speaking on loud speaker and just the ear piece.. The only way I can be heard is via headphones... I have tried everything I should do resetting ect ect.... But to no avail... I have looked online and I have found this is a common problem with the new update on the M4 aqua which is my model of phone... Any new fixes I don't know about please. Thanks.

try this on both modes 

 settings > about phone > diagnostics > test > test loud speaker

Boot in >>> safe mode

Then > settings > about phone > diagnostics > test > test loud speaker
