sony m4 aqua frequent crashing?

hi, the thing is my sony xperia m4 keeps on crashing whenever i open instagram, games, music app, it just go back to the home screen. And also whenever i wanted to update the software, it always fails when i tried to install the updates (i downloaded the update and tried to install it, but it keep saying it fails!) pls help me. is it because of the internal memory? i only have total 8 gb

How much free internal storage do you have?

i Have around 700mb rn, when i clean the cache it goes to 1 gb though.

Hi @joji10, sorry to hear about this and I apologize for the late reply.

I would like to know which phone model that you are trying to perform the software repair on, you can find this information in Settings > About phone, or on your receipt / the box the phone came in if you can't power it on.

If you have the possibility, please try and perform the software repair on another computer with a USB-cable that you have previously used for transferring files from your phone to a computer.
