In the xperia care and community i find that sony released the v4.3 update and new firmware update for xperia M is it true or rumour???

i so confused, one more thing if they released the new firmware update is they included move apps to external sd card option???? and plzz don't tell me to contact customer care.... And sorry for my BAD ENGLISH....

4.3 update has been released for Xperia m. But it's update notification/availability date depends on the region your phone belongs. If you are not notified yet, it will be done soon. You have to wait for it.

Velox my back and I did all the steps you told me to do I used the pc companion and restored to factory version of my Sony Xperia M C2004 dual model showed only now upgrading to the new version of Album application from Sony and one update update center that was white but now sought more updates and all the latest updates have been installed. Before he had the newest version of the Walkman application now returned to the old version and no more updates until now it is impossible to see the update to Android 4.3 Jelly Bean both using pc companion as using SUS. I do not know what else to do to update my device to 4.3 did not want to use the flash as toll may void the warranty on my phone and do not want to do this does anyone have any idea how to update my smartphone?
