How can I disable high sound alert?

I do not want to get the sound alert pasted below which is annoying. How can I disable it permanently?

This warning cannot be avoided or turned off to the best of my knowledge sorry. It is there for the safety of the phone users and will pop up periodically if you play the music on a high volume, though as you have noticed it is very infrequent (maybe once a week).

k thankz no problem. The thing is we cant increase the volume keeping the phone in pocket. We have to press OK in the pop up then only volume can be increased. This will be quite dificult while ouside,crossing the road etc etc.

anytime, you should keep your eyes on traffic while crossing the street
