Hi,
My Xperia Ray Mobile is keep restarting, can any one here help me to fix it?
i bought it before 10 months. suddenly it started rebooting.
i tried safe boot by holding the menu button when the sony text displayed, but it doesn't work.
i tried connecting with PC companian, it is not detecting the phone.
when the phone is switched on "sony" text is blinking then "Xperia" text is displayed then
if i try safe boot it vibrates and restarts else it restarts silently.
Phone was not rooted and i didnt install any apps yesterday.

I have the exact same problem.
The steps are not exactly as outlined in 2012, but when I press software repair, press down the volume button and connect I get the following message:

Did you manage to do anything?
Did you try installing an older (say 2013) version of Companion and then try the repair offline?
