Bravia KDL32WD603 loses internet connection

My Bravia KDL32WD603 reguallry (every few weeks) wipes its network settings and I have to laboriously reconnect it to our wireless network. It also occasonaly srops repsondig to input from the remote and can only be restored by removing the power cable from the wall socket. Is this normal behavour for a Sony TV?

That's strange. It might be best to contact Sony Support about this here, to see what they suggest.

Thanks Pascale. I did that a few weeks ago and never got a response. Hence my posting here in the hope of some assistance.
