I have black blurred spot on my tv

So somewhere in the middle of my tv model Sony Bravia KD-55XE7005 i have like cloudy black spot can it be fixed i tried to clean it but it wont go away and does this means the tv is damaged or that it is failing?

You can try these troubleshooting steps to fix the ports issue:

- Disconnect all the external devices from the TV.

- Unplug the TV from the mains for 2 minutes.
