I'm not able to download a BRIVIA TV firmware update version 4.027

Every single time I press download (on the link mentioned below) and read the terms and conditions, then press download again, it just redirects me back to the starting page and I am unable to download the firmware file. Can somebody help with this?

Try using a different browser or device. I tried it on my end and it works just fine.
