KDL-40WD653 can't view BBC1

Hello 

I have just tuned in my KDL-40WD653 and when I come to view BBC1 it has no signal, it did find the channel as it is listed on the channel list.  The channel is broadcasting as it is on another TV.   Is there anything I can do solve this issue?

Is this a new KDL-40WD653 TV?

You could try retuning the channels. Please refer to page 20 of this manual and let us know how you get on.

Hi I ended up resetting the TV to factory settings and that solved it
