I loved this service on my Bravia TV, but lately it is not working. I can only see the advertisement, but not the videos. What is wrong and when will it work again?

No known issues with the service. Make sure you are running the latest firmware and maybe try a factory reset to see if that makes a difference.

wahlsten68 - I am glad u have started this thread, ive been meaning to for a while now.

catmambo - I too have been having the same problems (KDL40NX723) AND so has my mum (KDL40EX723)

We both have the latest firmware, but this has been going on far longer than when the new firmware was released.

The problem is playing songs, it keeps playing an advert because it keeps skipping to the next song, hence another ad.

Other services work as normal. Can this please be investigated.

Just tried it out and yes only commercials are shown, but only on some video's it seem.

Tried out

Michael jackson Ghost : It never starts. After commercial next video is loaded.

Florence+ The Machine Specrum : It starts OK after one commercial.

Tried a couple of other video's with same scattered results .

This also happens to me. Please could the correct solution be found as quickly as possible.
