Hi,
I do not have the Netflix app icon on the home menu on my TV. The software has been updated and the internet content refreshed. Not sure what the problem is as I have plenty of other apps like BBc iPlayer, Youtube, Lovefilm.
Is it to do with the model? I bought this TV 3 years ago, but it is internet connected and I can access other on-demand services.
Any suggestions/help will be gratefully received.

Unfortunately Netflix is not supported on your model of tv. Please see the Netflix FAQ : Here

Any of the current Blu-ray players feature it which is a fairly cheap way of adding it.
