SMP N200 Iplayer not working latest firmware

My SMP N200 is since the beginning of this month refusing to allow to select items on the BBC Iplayer. Searching the net i am finding no solution only part of a reference to a simular issue around Xmas 2011 which pointed out doing a firmware update.

I have the latest firmware and it is doing the same as in the beginning of the year, then a solution was released within a couple of days.

Note this appears to be an issue since the 1 second extra was added to the wordclock.

Any solutions, as currently the SMP N200 is not working as described.

I have the same problem - iPlayer loads, but cannot select any programmes - all other channels seem to working OK

Have you tried updating the firmware and running a factory reset as this will usuaully flush out any software issues?

I have same problem, latest firmware installed and can't find any information anywhere, BBC not much help even though it is on their supported product list.  Something has obviously changed.

As an update - I did  a full reset and that fixed the problem - thanks
