When listening via audio system rather than through tv speakers, sound goes out of synch with picture. How do I correct this?

Hi again,
very well specified set up, lip sync issues crop up occasionally and can be a pain, usually if i get this when watching a DVD i stab the search button for a second or two and the problem goes, i dont get this with Blu Rays, now, having said that i suspect your particular issue is when your watching tv.
since you also mentioned having the system set up by a Sony engineer i would strongly suggest you contact him again with your concerns and get accurate clarification from him for this.
regards.
Did you checked the setting under your audio system menu?
Bill-M,
How exactly have you set up your tv to your Audio system, a little more information will be a great help and with what connections are available on your Audio system.
Set up was done by Sony engineer when I bought the system. TV is connected to Sony Blu-Ray Disc/DVD Home Theatre System BDV-E370. After posting the question last night the sync was good. Today the sound is out of sync - have not changed any settings during this time.

Thanks for your advice. I'll try your quick fix and if that fails I'll get back to Sony. Cheers.
i should add in reverse!, but then i think you knew that!.
Guys!
There is a request for everyone with lip sync issues to call them (see below re the number though) and give details:
http://sonycic.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/1805/~/home-cinema-lip-sync-issue
Get on there and let them know this needs fixing!!
BUT the number quoted is (at the moment, I did tell them) wrong. It is not 0844 84 666 555 it is 0844 8466 555.
Cheers!
