AACS KEY ?

Trying to use my blu ray player, keep getting message that AACS key has expired please update. I then request update, messsage then tells me that update in progress. It then takes me to the COREL site and I get the message that the keypack is downloading but then nothing. I have tried rebooting, nothing, just goes back into the loop again? I am obviously doing something wrong but what can anyone please advise.
