Broken screen on my sony vaio laptop

Hi

My laptop was dropped today and my screen is broken.
I live in Ipswich UK.
My laptop is still under warranty so how do i get it fixed please can anybody help and advise who to contact to fix it. Will it cost me much?

Welcome to Club Vaio, where have you been???
Firstly you didn't drop your Vaio. Did you. You don't know why but the screen just stopped working by itself (assuming you can't see any serious physical damage). Secondly you have very little time so start a case with Vaio Link now. You go toVaio-Link Create a new VaioLink name and password different to your Club Vaio login and follow the prompts to set up a case and they will e-mail you. Good idea to give them a phone call too with a matching report. The screen is one of the most expensive elements on the vaio so good Luck

yup.. first of all you need to call up vaio support and give them your vaio model or serial no. and ask for a quotation of the screen..then you may wanted to look for some others quotations.. try

Thanks for the help think i'll try the insurance company because it was an accident and yes there is physical damage.
