All good advice contained in the links from Lizzie.
Another alternative is to re-size your C & D drives with a utility such as
PartitionMagic.
There are alternatives out there, some free, try a Google.

Aloha

I'm not a techie, but as far as I know the c and d aspects are just partitions of the same drive.
I couldn't read the links posted above, but you could always transfer files etc over to your d drive.

(anyone know why it won't let me read the links?)

Oh and please tell them the word is 'permission' not 'permissions'

Just one more interesting side of this site! Lizzie is right; you have to log in again ¿ possibly more than once. We have all the time in the world¿..cue Louis Armstrong.

Be careful using PartitionMagic in this way, I once did this and my PC crashed and I lost a whole partition!

if you opt for the automatically log me on at the log in page it may get rid of relogging in thingy.

Unfortunately that doesn¿t solve the problem either; I am always logged in automatically:smileysad:
