cpu in fx103

is it possable to put a new cpu in to my vaio fx103, it has a Mobile intel pentium 3 650 mhz with speedstep, also is it possable to run a differant windows like xp as i am running me at the moment

If you can find a similar processor then yes.
Upgrading the OS isn't easy with VAIO, but if you can get the drivers then it should work.
