Hi,

Can you tell me how I return a laptop to sony for a warranty repair?

My FS115E keeps loosing the DVD drive, saying that it cannot read the drive, and showing no bytes etc!!!!

If you haven't already or not done so in a while, clean it with a CD/DVD cleaner first, then see if it works.
