Hook broken?

So finally, after about 1 1/2 month, one of the hooks on the display of my Vaio FS115Z broke. Am I right, thinking that sony has made some serious production faults with the 115 Series?

Well, support is contacted, let´s see what they have to say about it.

LOL, and it isn't normal. Because maybe they say it is normal. Like the think with the shiny spots on the keyboard after a month. (was an A series VAIO):smileylaugh:

It happened to me as well because it was caught in my sleeve which gently passed over it.

The plastics in the Vaio are a huge JOKE. I am wondering why the hell I spent ¿1,800 on the VGN-FS series.
