Increasing performance

Hi I've got another question...

Are there any settings I can tweak (other than the ones you get when u start a game) that will optomise my Vaio's performance when playing games?

I've got Intel 915GM integrated graphics, with up to 128mb shared graphics (although its using only 10... Can I change that aswell?)

It's best to not run the game at full quality if the VAIO cannot handle it, otherwise there's RAM optimisers for Windows which will ensure you have all the RAM you can have to run the game
