Keyboard not working - VAIO laptop

Hi, I am installning my brand new VAIO and the keyboard does not work. Is there anything that I need to unlock etc?

Which Vaio model do you have?

If it is a notebook nothing needs unlocking but if you have an All-in-One desktop with a remote Bluetooth keyboard then there is a procedure that needs to be carried out.
