What problems are you having with the 267.21 driver?
If you are having a specific problem then report it to Vaio Support or, at your own risk, look for an update here: -
http://www.laptopvideo2go.com/drivers
You will need to read the Quickstart Guide to find out how to install these on your Vaio.
This is an area for Sony users to discuss problems and help each other where possible - it is not the official Sony Support and you will not get an answer from Sony here.
On something like this you will need to speak to Vaio Support directly which is the official after sales support area. The decision to use nVidia graphics and not use a processor onboard graphics combo is a design decision.
However, the onboard Intel HD Graphics is a budget option and like all intel integrated graphics give a poor performance with games. The nVidia dedicated graphics are far superior and costs considerably more than the HD chip.
