Was just wondering how easy it is to update the firmware on it, how long does it take?
I'm also planning on buying a leather case in the next few days, of worry of scratching the screen or something silly.

Would anyone say the update made it any louder? It sounds somewhat louder then earlier...one thing is the bass is a bit less, the EQ setting sorts that out though.
I really do like this vaio. Anyway, bed now. Hope to get into the clubvaio forums well.

Updated and deleted the music off it today, transferred everything back on and it did 1500 songs in under half an hour. Yes it was using atrack3plaus 64kbps, bit miffed but hey, it works now
Just ordered a leather case for it as I found the screen getting scuffed today.
