Phisycal memory problem

Hi

I have Vaio vgn-fw31j laptop and have 4gb ram

But if i check it at performance it show 3038MB is all

I open properities it says it doesn't working error code 39 Cannot load driver,there isn't driver or it's not installed correctly.

If you can help me how to solve this problem then thanks.

Assuming that you are running Windows Vista Home Premium (32 Bit) operating system then recognition of 3038MB only is normal. To achieve greater than this you would need to upgrade to the 64 Bit Windows operating system.
