How about a wireless keyboard they have quite a range and act like a remote at around £70 here cheaper where you are and wait till you return to keep your warranty

God and his computer..LOL!

Well, a wireless keyboard is what I have....not a horrible beige thing giving Kee Lo the creeps!

70$ / year for fully comprehensive International insurance???? Geee, that sounds cheap! For a laptop costing how much? (the A317S was 2600¿ by the time I bought it....price went way down shortly afterwards, and price is what the insurance premium is based upon ...I would have saved twice had I waited a little...but how do you know those things in advance, hey?).

Well, should be somewhere in Western Europe soon, so I shall have my new keyboard...and a word with "them"!
Thanks for the advices
Luke

I'll have to unencrypt my old statements to see who the insurance crowd were so I'll rescue the Vaio from the wifey but it was a mob from Liverpool. The A series is sick expensive geez. I brought the less mobile but more proven about a year ago the PCGK215z for 1350 pounds from Sony in Kensington and felt like a wood duck because the price crashed to 900 pounds in like 3 months. I'm not exactly poor but I still like not to be ripped off as the salesmen tried to forget the negociated price when invoicing me as well. I still feel I made a good choice because it is giving me no trouble and it very powerful (apart from the white key chartacters wearing off .....grumble)
