I have sent this post to ¿Solutions Room¿ but didn¿t get any help. I am hoping someone here can help as I am desparate!!!
""I am having a big problem with deleting some files in Temporary Internet Files (TIF) and need your help
I regularly delete all TIF, cookies and history files every time I sign off from Internet. However there are 13 stubborn files in TIF which I cannot get rid off!!! (Some have long numbers and some have initials like js!)
I use Window XP and AOL 9. I also have ZA Security Suit, Ad-Aware SE, MS Anti spyware Beta1 and Spyware Doctor which I scan my computer with every day. I have tried everything I could think of like disk clean up and used defragmenter but nothing has made a difference!
Something strange which keeps happening is when I am on line and not clicking on any web site, the opening page at the bottom of the screen (the blue box) is active like it is constantly opening a page without me seeing any!! And when I sign off from Aol and check the Internet option to view files, I find loads of new files on top those 13 files already in there which I don¿t know where they come from. I am able to delete the new ones but not the rest!
Has anyone had this experience before or knows how to wipe off these files.
Please help as I don¿t feel safe to go on the net anymore!!!!
