"A media driver your computer needs is missing..." when installing Windows 10 on VPCF11Z1E

I'm trying to install Windows 10 on my old (but gold) Sony VPCF11Z1E. However, I get the error "A media driver your computer needs is missing..." without any explanation of which driver is missing.

Has anyone managed to get it?
