Remote Display

Had my VP for a few weeks with no problems until the display on the remote suddenly disapeared. All the controls on it work fine. I've tried adjusting the contrast in settings without success. Anyone else had this problen or can help?

Thats intresting I don'tknow of anyone else who has had this poblem.Have you dropped it or subjected it to extreme force:smileyconfused:

Not that I'm aware of. There are no cracks, splits or marks of any description on it & apart from the display, its fully functional.

Ummm strange it is possible that their is a loose connection connected to the display.Contact sony through e-support or e-mail and see if they can resolve your issue.Is your VAIO Pocket still under warranty?

Finally got round to contacting Sony, by telephone - got through straight away. New remote arrived two days later by DHL - excellent service. All working OK.
