S-video VS RCA (better RCA for me...)

Hi all. I have VGN A217S with the dockstation with TV tunner, and I connect my PAL video console and I have a decent signal with VAIO Zone using RCA, but using S-video to improve the quality I have a poor video result (too much interference lines).

I have disconect all things that can interfere, and I have put the console as far as possible to the notebook. I have tried to use 3 different s-video quality cables, and all show me interferences in the signal.

To make sure the problem is not in the console, I´ve used a S-video to RCA cable (s-video in the console and rca in the dockstation), and it gives a decent signal (like the rca to rca cable), so the problem is not the console s-video output. Also I´ve tried to use this cable to use as Rca to s-video, and the signal is as poor as s-video to s-video..... so the problem is clear in the S-video input of the dockstation..... or in the driver that is not capable to decode s-video signals without interferences.

I´m using VAIO Zone Version 1.1.00.07280, last for my language (Spanish).

Any sugestion?. Thanks.
