slow running laptop!

Hi
I have a PCG-GRT815E laptop and it is running so slow?
I have taken off all photos but it is still slow!
What can I do?
The fan is noisey too?

It is almost at the stage where I will throw it through the window!

• starting in safe-mode with networkdrivers (click F8 when you see the VAIO-boot Logo)
  
• Virus scan with your installed and updated Virus scanner
  
• Online Virus scan (Symantec, Kaspersky, Panda, Microtrend. You have the choice)
  
• Spyware & Co. scan (with Spybot S&D, Ad-aware)
  
• Datenträgerbereinigung (Data medium clearing?)
  
• delete your Windows Restore-points
  
• scandisk on both drives + automaticly repair
  
• defrag your harddisk
  

If this not helps.
