Hey,
I can't connect my new headphones to computer. In TV they work fine. (Not with Chromecast. Didn't try solve that yet as I need these in my computer)
I have put my optical from processor to motherboard, HDMI from processor to motherboard. I also try to put HDMI to my GPU (1080 Strix) but it mess my desktop, still no sound. I also try to connect HDMI to my screen but didn't work.
Motherboard: MSI X370 gaming carbon pro
GPU: Asus 1080 Strix
Screen: AOC g2460Pqu (No optical in this screen)
OS: Windows 10 Pro 64bit
I remove my optical wire and now sounds work but my desktop get messed when I connect HDMI to my GPU. No audio if I connect HDMI to motherboard or screen. I can't open any folders or files. Also my clock etc dissapear.

Hi @Roxxstar,
Using the optical cable with your PC should be the best option for this. Can you check the settings on your PC are correct (particularly if ‘optical out’ is enabled and if the sound format has been set correctly)?
Cheers,
