Trouble registering product
I have a laptop I owned from new and purchased from Spain but now have a problem with so I am trying to register it but each time it says it cannot find the product. I have tried the model printed on the keyborad VGN-AR88L (which I can find as a product page for) and the one underneath PCG-8122M but neither will work. Do you know how else I can register it?

Hello, i´ll try to help, but please, forgive my poor english.
The correct ref. you have to select is the first one VGN-AR88L.
There are two different possibilities.
The first one is the serial number is already registered by an older owner, the second one is the serial number is not at the Vaio data base, this case is very probably. To confirm what´s wrong i recommend you to call your local Vaio support to solve this issue.

The problem I have is the local supplier is no longer and there doesn't seem to be any on the island of Tenerife.
