Unknown Application/Operation?!

Hello all

Looking for some assistance, please.

I have a FE31H and in the past few months have noticed an unnamed application popping up on the taskbar intermittently. It comes on for approximately 2 seconds and then disappears. It doesn't generally cause a major problem, unless I am watching something on full screen view or running a Powerpoint presentation, when it pulls out of full screen mode for the time it appears.

Hope that makes sense to someone! Any help you can offer would be much appreciated, as I have no idea what it is.

Sounds like a malware that is being intercepted by adaware and the pop up advert is disabled. If you don't have adaware adwatch enabled then I reccommend you download it and scan..it's free without adwatch. Another tip is to go into your firewall control panel and in program control see if you can spot the errant program that is mysteriously active and disallow it in your exceptions.
