upgrading hard drive on sony pcg-k215s

Hi, I have a vaio pcg-k215s. I am finding the hard drive capacity too low now. I can't work out what type of 2.5 inch hard drive to buy. Is it a SATA interface or IDE ? I really don't know. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The K-Series Vaios use IDE hard drives.  You need to buy an ATA100 drive - not SATA,

Something like this: -
